I've been a runner for the better part of my life. When collegiate running came to an end, I decided to pursue another dream: coaching. I spent two years at Georgetown University coaching the women's cross country and track & field team. I worked alongside world renowned figures in the biz and learned from the best of the best in the sport. After switching career gears and moving out to Seattle to work for Oiselle, I continued to pursue my passion and started coaching online. I work with runners of all levels, from beginners to elites.

What I Offer:
Personalized Training Plans: we'll pick apart your dream together and set up smaller goals to help you achieve it. You'll receive a customized training program with workouts, runs, strength work, and cross training for each day of the week. We'll have phone or Skype check-ins to make sure we're on track to achieving the plan.  

Race Specific Training Plans: have a race coming up? We'll work together to create a plan to maximize the time you have leading up to this race.
